a dose of Planet Fitness....I think today is chest/shoulders/tri's.....
then afterwards a large dose of protein.....along with a salad some more egg whites all washed down with some plain ole fashion water....

well...i played hookey on planet fitness today....the washboard abs will have to wait until next week to be tweeked....instead i opted to open up the piggy bank and expand my trousers which happens to be contrary to my usual routine and head over to On The Border....i've had a mean arse craving for chips and salsa....
Update: the damage has been done.....i had 2 enchiladas, black beans and 2 bowls of chips and salsa washed down with dare I say my 4th soda of the year....ouch...i'm hurtin'...i think i'll crawl under my desk and take a nap now....good night!
