.....let's see....another dose of Planet Fitness and I must say, yesterday was a banner day for smokin' hot ladies workin' out!....yee haa!.....giddy up! Then upon my return, a salad topped with london broil chased down with some water then followed by a protein bar and 2 chocolate covered graham crackers....yum yum....good for the tum.....I know its corny....

EVERY time I walk into the locker room at the gym, there is some old woman walking around in all her glory. I'm beginning to think the older you get the more you don't care...

I don't know, but I do know I would like to walk into the locker room just once without having to run to the stall to change clothes!

jenny....I can completely sympathize with ya on this one...I have a similar issue with our gym...these old guys just prance around the locker room with all their junk all about the place....it ain't pretty...I mean they'll go into the bathroom area and stand at the sinks shaving for goodness sake....I mean, yo dude, first of all do that at home and 2nd, cover that stuff up man! I've even seen these guys begin conversations with other people and i'm like....i'm outta here...I think some dumbells are waiting for me......

But I think you're on to something, these old people just don't give a darn....
