I was north of Pearisburg last week! but it just came today...uggg. I'll be in the yard with it tomorrow....or quite possibly tonight!
Kayak platform camping this weekend ...but that may change now!

its been raining off and on here all day...seein as how I wanna seam seal it looks like I'll be forced to show restraint and play with it tomorrow. Unless of course I bring a few bricks in the house and set her up in the living room...

Today I bought me some new shoes. (This ain't as exciting as a new tent but I am happy) The North Face Ultra 103's. Never tried TNF shoes before, can't wait to try them out.

Since I HAVE to work the summer, I have a few extra $$$ I had saved to pay my health Insurance while off...so.....I am going shopping!!!!!
...I thought about a lighter pack...( mine has a million buckles..)
...new hiking pants...
...new shirt...
...gaiters...
...trekking poles...( I have cheapos...BUT I have had them for years....)
... a pocket rocket...( I have a whisperlite)
...any suggestions????
...see I actually post about hiking!!!
