I've been up...after not much sleep. About 11:00 last night the hot water in our bath tub faucet decided to start running on its own. Me being a woman and not knowing much about that maintenance stuff, it stressed me out. I tried to to find a water cutoff in the house to no avail. So, about 1:00 this morning, I finally made it to bed. All is fixed now (not before adding gray hair to my head). I am working hard to keep a positive attitude since last week royally sucked and I'm still dealing with the effects of that.
So, anyway, I'm working from home today. I don't feel like getting out of my pajamas.

What a day! I'm only here for a few more hours and then poof! I'm outta here until next Monday.....yippeeeeeee! Hot diggity turkey........and speaking of which, I landed a 19lb-er courteous of the local grocery store because I must of reached my plateau of points or whatever they do there.....so that was a nice surprise....now its sitting in the freezer waiting to be basted and cooked....
Hmmm, let me spit on that one, lol. Wait a minute, is there a snake in my pasture :) |

I came into work like Mary Poppins today. The wind is so strong I just opened my umbrella and floated down the street. I wish I looked as graceful as she did though...I landed right smack into a door.

The wind is something here too - snow blowing around in the morning. My dog was eager to be let out (as she usually is) when I first woke up. I opened the door for her - she stuck her head out the door, took a good look, turned around and walked inside.
