I’m proud to announce the new incarnation of “Backcountry Bibliography,” which Linda “eArThworm” Patton has been maintaining on Mara Factor’s “Travels and Trails” website for many years [ http://friends.backcountry.net/m_factor/bibliography.html ]. The new site is called "Books for Hikers" [ http://booksforhikers.com/ ]! It contains all of the old "Backcountry Bibliography" and is being continually updated with new books/videos on trails already in the bibliography, and with additional trails (and their books/videos). Stop by to find books and videos on your favorite trail, and leave comments on books you’ve read. I hope this will be a great resource for the hiking community!
