http://www.sckc.ws/links.htmlLinks to water flow for WA, ID, MT and some specific rivers in the inland NW. Spokane just got state money towards a whitewater park downtown. :D

Not really what you asked for, but up here it's waht we watch before we put in the water in spring; Wunderground weather site tells lake levels and temperatures.
