Climbing at Happy Hour Crag, Boulder Canyon this past saturday with a new friend - met him thru RockClimbing.com

good crag.  about 6.5 miles up the canyon from the first bridge - just before Boulder Falls.  Big Peace sign painted on the rock that's visible from the road.

It's a trad crag, but we were on top ropes.  Happy Hour is a great top rope crag to work on with easy access to the top of the cliff and lots of solid trees to anchor from.

I didn't take my camera that day, but I'll go back there with my kids in a couple of weeks once they are back home and take a bunch.

Its also nice because the bottom of the cliff is shaded and pretty wide and flat, so if your not climbing you can relax.
