Tonight:

Baked chicken legs sprinkled with sea salt and intersected at the last minute with special celery sauce ala Q.

Baked loose sweet corn; chastised with butter and sea salt.

Basmati rice dusted with a shakedown of mixed herbs.

Hail basil and oregano feta cheese.
