Started in 1993 in California by a collection of seasoned outdoor industry professionals, Mountain Hardwear is an outdoor gear company that strives to push the envelope of creating innovative outdoor gear. Mountain Hardwear is best known for its Tents, Sleeping Bags and outer wear. In 2003, Mountain Hardwear was bought by Columbia Sportswear.
