PFDs and such..................

My PFD blew out of a truckbed shuttle a few weekends ago...didn't realize it wasn't in with the rest of my gear until 40 miles up river.

Looking at finally purchasing a new pfd...specifically the Patagonia Lolita. It was the Lotus Lolita last time I salivated over it...but apparently now Patagonia has taken over. Anybody got the Lolita...and if not..what do you have? Likes, dislikes, etc etc

Carlette...this is the one I have and I love it. The cool thing is they are locally made here in Asheville.

My wife has the Astral Tempo. She loves it. It was the only one she tried on that didn't ride up on her.

Crazy ... that looks like a lot of neoprene...do you get hot in that one? Does it ride up?

The Tempo is another I've debated...PFDs that ride up rake on my nerves terrible. I think the low profile vests look more comfortable.

One thing about Astral they're easy to find. That patagonia is out there but not nearly as much.

I haven't gotten hot so far..no..hasn't riden up....and I liked it cause it fit nicely around my girl parts...compared to the general everyday pfd.

I've not used it as much as I would like...but so far I'm pleased.
