Way way off the beaten path, and the lack of crowds proves it. More often than not the lift lines are non-existent.

Nice people working there, reasonable prices for food on the mountain.

If your gonna plan a Colorado Ski Vacation, you should really think about going to CB.

LOTS of terrain, some near vetical stuff on the headwall, and the green runs are fun and long as well. If you got the guts to ski the peak, your looking at over 3,000 vertical back to the base area! I didn't ski the peak, but I still rode about 2,000 (guessing??) to the base from the top of Twister.

yep, still an out of the way destination. They paved the street in downtown back in 1986 finally though. Coolio little mountain town for sure.
