Floyd Landis Ratting out Lance

Today Floyd announced that the attorney prosecuting his doping case offered him a short suspension if he gave up dirt on Lance Armstrong. I don't think Floyd is going to say anything bad about Lance. It just seems weird that Lance is retired, yet they still want to keep going after him.
