Sierra Designs Asp 2 is an ultralight shelter with plenty of space for comfort and a unique vestibule that can be set up awning-style. This freestanding tent has two doors and two vestibules; large front vestibule can be configured at varying heights with your own trekking poles. DAC Featherlight® NSL poles, RCT (Reverse Combi Technology) Swift Clips and a swivel hub add to a light, easy-pitching, strong structure. Light yet strong DAC Featherlite® NSL poles use an anodization process that is gentler on the environment than conventional methods. Reverse combi poles combine varying diameter pole sections to capitalize on strength, weight savings and headroom. RCT Swift Clips® work in conjunction with reverse combi poles for a fast and easy pitch, especially in high winds. Quick-pitch swivel hub has no moving parts to break and locks poles in place for increased strength. Eco-friendly Dye-Free Optic White™ canopy brightens up the interior living environment. Adjustable rainfly vent helps with air circulation and climate control. SuperSeal Floor™ combines the benefits of catenary and bathtub floors; raised side seams are taped for complete waterproofness. PVC-free seam tape reduces the environmental impact of manufacturing this tent. Stash Doors™ have a circular zipper track to allow opening from the side or bottom; then stash them out of the way in the internal mesh pocket. Color-coded webbing makes pitching this tent easier than making your bed! Reflective guyout loops allow night visibility; reflective noiseless zipper pulls are easy to see and eliminate that annoying jingle when it's windy. A multitude of gear pockets keep gear organized and up off the floor.
