Mad River Canoe 4-Inch Wood Seat Truss

These seat hangers offer more strength and stability than older style independent hangers. Truss integrates the hangers on each side of the seat into one elegant arch support, stiffening the entire seat assembly and reducing wobble. Ash construction is strong, durable, and lightweight. Truss can be custom cut to hang a seat level or at an angle. Mounting holes are spaced 8.25-inch apart, compatible with many existing mounting systems. Best for canoes with greater than a 12-inch depth at center. May require re-drilling and plugging gunwales if replacing older style hardware.
