XTC lightweight long underwear bottoms combine bamboo-derived charcoal with polyester for an environmentally friendly, high-performance base layer. Polyester and bamboo-derived charcoal polyester blend for moisture-, odor- and UV-management using natural means instead of chemicals. Polyester yarns are embedded with charcoal from carbonized bamboo; the highly porous nature of carbon helps wick and disperse moisture, drying quickly. Bamboo charcoal naturally removes odor and particles from fabric—just like your water filter—and won't wash out. Naturally UV-resistant fabric with a UPF 50+ rating shields skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. Bamboo is a highly renewable resource that is easily grown without fertilizers and pesticides, resulting in far less impact on the environment. Elastic waistband plus a gusseted crotch allow unrestricted range of motion. Flatseam construction is soft and nonchafing next to skin. Machine washable.
