Strong, three-section, 7075 aluminum shafts are heat treated for outstanding tensile strength. Three-section telescoping poles collapse from 53 to 24 inches for easy packing. Universal carbide flex tips ensure long-lasting durability and an optimal grip on ice and rock surfaces. Flexible synthetic tips can flex up to 30° without damaging the pole shaft. Nylon wrist straps feature a soft side for comfort against the skin. Domed disc baskets provide extra support on soft terrain; thanks to a threaded design, they can be easily replaced with larger baskets for winter use.
